King Energy Services, Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“King Energy”), knows that you care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. Our primary goal is to provide you with exceptional service, and we understand that you may have questions or concerns regarding your personal information and how it will be used. To make this privacy policy easy to find, we make it available from the home page of the King Energy website at kingenergy.com (the “Site”). APPLICABILITY OF PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy applies to all information we collect through our web and mobile applications from current and former King Energy users, including you. When you are no longer our customer, we may continue to share your information as described in this policy.

We do not consider personal information to include information that has been aggregated and/or anonymized so that it does not identify a specific user.

Personal Data You Provide: We collect personal information when you create an account or link your accounting or tracking software to the service. The personal information collected during these interactions may vary based on what you choose to share with us, but it will generally include your name, date of birth, physical address, email address, phone number, and a log of the transactions you authorize through the service. We may need to collect additional information, such as your street address, certain digits of your social security number or zip code to fulfill our legal obligations related to providing the service to you. In addition, we may collect your location information.

In particular, the following information is created and automatically logged in our systems:

Marketing: We may contact you to tell you about services we believe will be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving emails by following the instructions contained in each promotional email we send you. You can also control the marketing emails and/or text messages you receive by updating your settings through your account. If you unsubscribe from our marketing lists, you will no longer receive marketing communications but we will continue to contact you regarding our Site and services and to respond to your requests.

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, while we have a business need to do so, or as required by law (e.g., for tax, legal, accounting or other purposes), whichever is the longer.

Please log in to your OneBill Account or contact us at info@kingenergy.com if you need to change or correct your personal information.


CHILDREN 

Our service is not directed to children who are under the age of 13. King Energy does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information to King Energy through the service please contact us at legal@kingenergy.com and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.


LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES 

The service may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by King Energy (“Third Party Sites”). The information that you share with Third Party Sites will be governed by the specific privacy policies and terms of service of the Third Party Sites and not by this Privacy Policy. By providing these links we do not imply that we endorse or have reviewed these sites. Please contact the Third Party Sites directly for information on their privacy practices and policies.

You use the service at your own risk. We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect personal information both online and offline from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. You can also contact us to ask us to update or correct your personal information.

The service, and our business may change from time to time. As a result, we may change this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do we will post an updated version on our website, unless another type of notice is required by the applicable law. By continuing to use our service or providing us with personal information after we have posted an updated Privacy Policy, or notified you if applicable, you consent to the revised Privacy Policy and practices described in it.
